About Me

My photo
5 Starr's Farm
I've lived in Northern California all my life, between ranching and logging. I was born Belinda Vermillion, but my family has always called me Sam. I'm past 50 now and have been married to John Starr for 35 of it, and as I like to say "THERE'S NEVER BEEN A DULL MOMENT" !!! JS grew up an Air Force Brat and has lived all over the world till he met me. We've been on our 18 acres of bliss for over 20 years. We have 3 Great Kids, who are off living their own lives and are "Blessed" with a Perfect Son-in-law, father of "The Biscuit" our new grand daughter. "You'll see glimpses of them" from time to time. The only kids living at home now is our two Australian Shepherd "Cubby" aka Ranch Dog and Sidekick George. JS is a General Building Contractor and owns Better Builders Construction INC that he started in 1976 building custom homes ??? Now we build everything, our new motto is "NO WALL IS TO SMALL" I take care of the 18 acres "Irrigating, Weed Control and over all "Beautifier" and "Head Go For" Enjoy !!!
