Sunday Stills, 'Tis the Season

What represents the Christmas season for you?

Of course we should all take time to be thankful,
for what the season is truly about and having a house full
of family on Christmas Eve is always hart warming.

The one thing that makes the season for me,
are Christmas lights.

Went the kids were little, on Christmas night ,
we would drive threw the neighborhoods,
 looking at all the lights

Little Ooh and Awes would come from the
back seat and faces with eyes wide,
were filled with the magic of Christmas.

Happy Birthday Zachary !!!

It's the little guys birthday today.

He's headed to Tahoe for a weekend on the slops with friends.

It's been said that the oldest child is the rocket scientist,
the middle child is the glue that hold the family together
and the youngest can sell died rats for a living.
I'll just leave it at that.

The Hunt

Going after Christmas Trees is a lot like pheasant hunting
You gather with people you enjoy at a designated place.

Take off walking, trying to flush out the perspective pray.
"Wait for the Point !"

Aim your weapon of choice and bring down the game.
Pose for pictures and have lunch.

Thursday's Thoughts, Photo Play

Took these a few days ago, got to playing around with them on the
computer and this is what I came up with.  They turned out pretty cool,
 just thought I'd share.

Sunday Stills, Backlit

Backlit, when the light and the lens are directed at each other,
with the subject of the photo, directly in between.
