Closed In For Winter

That's been the goal all summer, to get it closed in for winter.
I can't even call it a cabin with a strait face,
the dang thing is bigger then our house.
Contractor got a little carried away and
the home owner was easily lead.

Roof should be finished in a couple of week and the decks sealed.
Electricians are starting to pull wire.  Daughter Dawn and I took
a trip to Sacramento to look at lights and appliances, but
nothing picked out yet.  Just getting ideas to give the electricians.

Framing and wood work is almost done and the painting is finished,
but for some trim on a few windows.

Then to get everything cleaned up and covered before the first snow.

So how do you like the paint color and the wood work?
I'll get better photos when the roof the every thing is finished.
That where we're at for now.

Oh I love it all, it looks like it will be lots of fun to decorate! I think the soft brown with the rusty red trim is very pretty. I would camp out on that upper deck and watch it snow:)
